I love the straight sides of these cups that keep the tea hot till the end. They are easy to clean. The handle space for fingers is perfectly balanced in my hand so fingers never touch the hio sides. The handles do not have the annoying ridge inside from the joint either. These are the right shape and hold the right amount of tea for me. Once Corelle shut down, I could not find the original Made in Japan stoneware anywhere. I live in the US and paid a good amount of money to have 7 of them shipped, but all good now. I have a set of 8 and hope it lasts me a lifetime of tea drinking!
